Carlyle timber frames specializes in custom timber frames and works in collaboration with log home builders to provide the foundation, framing and finishing of log homes. We build and raise custom timber frames using traditional mortise and tenon methods and steel plate joinery.

Our Services

Design

We work in collaboration with an award winning design firm located in B.C. to create the quality custom home that suites your desires.

Build

We source our Timbers in the species of your choice. Cut and fit the mortise and tenon joinery in our shop, transport to your site and raise the frame.

During this process we will be available to answer any questions that may arise to ensure a smooth transition from timber frame to finishing.

Finishing

We offer high quality finishing in timber frame and log homes , specifically for T&G installation and wood casings
